What’s her role and connection to the cause?

Caroline Chong-Tsui is an accounting professional with 15 years of management experience with a focus on innovation and change. She’s held senior roles at accounting firm KPMG; Noble Corporation, a plumbing and wholesale distributor; and BGIS, a property-management service leader, among others.

 

The advocate for empowering women has served as treasurer for Sandgate Women’s Shelter of York Region and is currently the treasurer for F.R.E.E., which provides support for survivors of human-trafficking.

 

In her role as director of finance and administration, Caroline oversees the finance team as well as facilities and administration.

 

What academic work set her up for success?

Caroline earned her accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. She continues to broaden her education through certificates from the Schulich Executive Education Centre in Toronto as well as the University of Innovative Distribution & Oracle in the U.S.
