Children Believe is committed to serving all our donors, supporters and customers, including people with disabilities.
All Ontario-based Children Believe staff, whether full-time, temporary or contracted, have been trained to provide valued services to all customers, including people with disabilities.
Our website and donor-relations team is accessible to our donors, supporters and customers, including people with disabilities. We seek to recognize and remove the obstacles faced by persons with disabilities. All communications are available in alternative formats upon request.
AODA initiatives at Children Believe
Accessibility at Children Believe is a priority. As such, we have formed an Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) committee to implement initiatives, which will make our organization inclusive to people with disabilities as it pertains to removing all barriers to accessibility. We have revised our policies and procedures to include details on how to provide our goods and services to people with disabilities. Our Markham, Ont., office is fully accessible to donors, supporters and customers, including people with disabilities.
