Jaydeep Das is a human resources leader with nearly two decades of experience nurturing people centred cultures across national and international organizations. He brings a collaborative and values driven approach to leadership, with a deep commitment to building environments where people and purpose thrive together.
Before joining Children Believe in 2018, Jaydeep held senior human resources leadership roles with organizations including World Vision and ChildFund International. In these roles, he worked with diverse teams across multiple countries and helped guide people strategies through periods of growth, change, and organizational transformation.
Today, Jaydeep leads global People and Culture strategy and workforce planning at Children Believe, helping foster an inclusive and connected workplace where teams feel supported, valued, and empowered to contribute to lasting impact for children and communities.

Jaydeep holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Laws.
