What's her life's work?

Mona Mitchell’s 30+ years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development and business development led her to become the founding partner, president and CEO at ACHIEVEBLUE, an Ontario-based, boutique consultancy focused on organizational transformation.

The bestselling author of 7 Elements of Strategy Execution has a strong drive for change and a commitment to social justice, which she puts into action in her volunteer work.

The leader donates her time to various organizations such as in her role as Chair of Toronto’s White Ribbon, an organization focused on ending gender-based violence. She’s also served as a Board Vice-Chair and governance committee Chair with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Canada.

What academic work set her up for success?

Mona earned her diploma in business administration from Toronto’s Seneca College and her associate degree in computer science from DeVry University. Since then, she’s continued developing her skills through courses at Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development in California.

Interesting tidbit

Mona has a passion for supporting young women in business and seeing them grow in their careers. She’s also discovered a love for cooking and challenges herself to change recipes to make them her own.
