What’s her role and connection to the cause?
Liliana has over 15 years of experience in international development, with a strong focus on children's rights and institutional partnerships. She has extensive expertise in operations, project management, sponsorship, resource mobilization, and team leadership, having worked with international organizations such as Plan International, UNICEF, and USAID-funded programs.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with Program teams to drive significant growth in resource mobilization, securing funding from a wide range of institutional donors. She also has experience in emergency response, serving as part of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and coordinating with international partners and government stakeholders to ensure effective humanitarian responses.
In addition, Liliana has experience engaging and strengthening private sector participation to promote and prioritize Early Childhood Development within Paraguay’s national agenda

Liliana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Children’s Rights and a focus on Public Policy. She also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a second Master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership.
