Youth Programs
KREZCO:
It is the first digital platform in Nicaragua, which generates a meeting point between youth and companies. It uses artificial intelligence to carry out a matching process between the supply of companies and the demand of talented youth for jobs. With KREZCO, indistinct professional profiles of their gender are identified, creating opportunities to close the gender gap in youth employability in Nicaragua.
Registered youths are able to upload their curriculum vitae to the platform through the network and keep them updated as they acquire new skills. On the companies’ side, they will be able to publish their vacancies and to identify the most suitable profiles for the positions that are required according to the youths’ competencies.
VIRTUAL CAMPUS:
Children Believe’s Virtual Campus is a virtual learning environment (VLE) developed to promote virtual education for youths to enhance their learning experience and to acquire skills to increase their employability potential to obtain and retain a job or to increase their entrepreneurship potential.
It is a self-paced education platform that can be programmed according to the organization’s needs, in two modalities: synchronous or asynchronous. The first one is paced by webinars or interactive lessons or speeches for each module, setting a time frame for youths to finish each module. The asynchronous modality, is self-paced because webinars for each module are already recorded in the platform, therefore, youths can advance according to their own schedule and availability.
